Last week, iFun4All announced the release of its new Playstation Mini title, Paper Wars: Cannon Fodder. The game is available now, via the Playstation Network, for $4.99 USD and is compatible with both Playstation 3 and PSP. In order to promote its “Worst Game Ever”, iFun4All released a launch trailer with the game, which you can find below. And while I find it a bit ridiculous for a company to promote a game in this way, I do admire the effort they’re putting into it, especially the developer quotes.
This quote from Fülöp Mészáros, said to be one of the game’s developers, is particularly loaded with with self-deprecation. Mészáros said, “It took a team of true hacks, a deaf composer and an inexperienced graphic artist to create such a disaster, and we are pleasantly surprised by the nightmare that is the outcome. We just hope gamers will feel the same way and think that it’s a truly terrible game.” You can find Paper Wars: Cannon Fodder on the Playstation Network now.
